Slowly I have grown to be on the verge of being overweight I had never thought I would need to diet, for years I had been pretty lean but slowly I took on a bit of weight. I had grown heavier very slowly and in fact I had started to feel okay about this as I didn’t look so thin as I had once looked. Gradually my belt needed to be let out a notch and then a year or so later another but the weight was only increasingly slowly. Then one day I bought some new shirts from Marks and Spencer’s. Sturmey Archer 3 Speed Hub on Hercules Bike Repaired.

Recently we had Recently we had this much loved older Hercules bike in for service. The owner had struggled to find a shop that could service the Sturmey Archer three speed hub. He was delighted when we replaced the pawls in the hub, found parts of the brake levers and white gear and brake cables to match the original cable. "Our 35+ yr old Hercules needed some TLC and they repaired the Sturmey Archer hub by replacing some small internal parts and now the gear change is working well again.
